Randall L Wertz
Randall Wertz will celebrate 15 years of zealously representing clients this fall. Randall currently practices in criminal law, personal injury, divorce, landlord-tenant law, and other areas of general practice. Randall spent numerous years as the public defender for multiple counties in southeastern Nebraska. Randall is knowledgeable with a variety of complex criminal cases including felony matters such as distribution of narcotics and sexual assaults to misdemeanor cases and DUI's. No case is too large or small. Randall also represents a large variety of landlords involving real estate issues as well as employers in labor law disputes.
